What is Executive Coaching?
Some people are concerned about exploring coaching because there are no "tangible" results. Others might wonder, "what if my coach tells me something that I don't want to do?"
Don't worry, that won't happen. Instead of telling you what to do, we work to get you from point "A" to point "B" and simply hold you accountable for what you say you want to do and help stretch you to get there.
Many think coaching is reserved for business people at a certain level in an organization who are developing teams. In fact, coaching is for anyone who has a goal, and needs a person in their corner to help them get there. Coaching is about removing the "I can'ts" and changing them into "a-ha!" and "I can do it" moments that allow you to get out of your own way to achieve what you want in life.

EQUALS WORKING TOWARDS ONE GOAL
There is no hierarchy between coach and student. We are equals. Coaching does not tell you what to do, like a manager or other authority figure. Coaching allows you to look at your own values and make the decisions that are right for you.
Coaching does not judge either.
Doesn't that sound nice? You can be free to talk about whatever you want with no judgement. What you want to achieve is personal to you, and we'll work towards making things happen.
INSPIRED, PRODUCTIVE, POSITIVE CHANGE
Bottom line is - if you want to play big, you need a coach. Nothing provides the level of accountability or support that a coach can. If you like having someone in your corner take the next step, click the contact me button below for a free 30 minute coaching session!
